It is with great pleasure and pride that I have the opportunity to welcome you, transitioning veterans from Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation New Dawn here to Hines VA Hospital. Our Hospital has a specialized team, OEF/OIF/OND Care Management, that is committed to making your care as Seamless and Patient Centered as possible, so that it meets your specialized needs.

In my role as OEF/OIF/OND Program Manager, I will ensure that your coordination of care and services the most effective to meet your needs. Our team will also assist you with any VA benefits, claims issues, and support you through this process. Our OEF/OIF/OND Care Management team is here for you and will provide you with hands on Care Management services and Transition Patient advocacy as needed to help ease your transition from active duty to veteran to home.
