Peer support-led group that helps Veterans serve as treatment team members to a fictitious, Veteran "X". Group helps problem-solve and connect Veteran "X" to services within the VA. Participants gain a fuller understanding of programs and services in the VA and the community. Women's MOVE! Weight Management Group Class

A team-based focus to weight loss for women Veterans only. Attend one co-ed introductory class held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. After the introductory class, you may attend Women’s MOVE! held the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month from 10-11am. You must first have attended the co-ed “MOVE! Introduction” class. Primary Care Behavioral Health Stress Management Group

4 week group intervention which provides education on various topics related to general stress management. Topics include signs, symptoms, and sources of stress, the mind-body connection, and implications of chronic stress.  Participants will also be instructed in various relaxation strategies. This group starts on the first Friday of every month and runs for four weeks. Registration is required for the 4 week group. The group is a welcoming and safe place for Veterans to get support, discuss personal concerns, and learn about the resources available through the VA and within the community.
