Tobacco Use Cessation Treatment

Teaches you skills to manage urges to use tobacco and helps you “unlearn” the habit of tobacco use. Learn tobacco-free ways of coping with stressful issues.

Tobacco Use Cessation - Relapse Prevention

Offers support during the early stages of quitting tobacco. Teaches stills to identify and prevent relapse to tobacco use.
